Stuck at a Roundabout (Who can you talk to about it?)
Jan, 3, 2025.
It's sad when you can't talk about it,
You really want to scream and shout it,
But you don't talk at all; why should you have to call?
And when you do, you pretend that it's nothing at all.
So, back to square one which is now square none
'Cause there's no one there, you're the only one
They turn back, cover their tracks and go for a stroll
And now you know you're not in control.
So who can you talk to about it?
Where can you go to find relief?
Who can you talk to about it
When you're stuck in your unbelief?
Who can you talk to about it
When you can't figure it out?
Where can you go for direction
When you're stuck at a roundabout?
So when you come to the end of the road you're on
And you find that your answers have come and gone
You don't know the way, don't know what to say
When what you're doing is not undoing, you might need to pray
Don't be afraid, don't be ashamed,
Don't be looking for someone to blame
In the end there's only you and the one who made you
and your sin if you won't let him persuade you
So who can you talk to about it?
Where can you go to find relief?
Who can you talk to about it
When you're stuck in your unbelief?
Who can you talk to about it
When you can't figure it out?
Where can you go for direction
When you're stuck at a roundabout?
