Soaked in the bathtub much too long Worked a little on another song Ribs with mac and cheese before noon Fantasizing about Cancun Watching my favorite TV guys Reading the Word to make me wise Warming my hands around a mug Caffeine my faithful go-to drug I'm having a personal day It's too cold to go out and play My hands are freezing And I'm not teasing Think I'll go back to bed and stay Pretty upset with Evergy Already high electricity Can't afford to keep it warm And now another winter storm How many ads do they have to play? How many commercials every day? Same things over and over again When will the darn things ever end?
