Please Don't Hate Me Because I'm Thin
(Prompted by one of those posts that says "10 foods you should never eat")
Any time you decide to never eat something you are sabotaging weight loss because you are reminding yourself you're addicted so you feel worse and eat something else to compensate. Plus you're obsessing about the food. Instead, you should learn to eat what you want. My mom used to say you could eat one bite of something like that and be satisfied. You don't have to stuff yourself to enjoy the food you like. My grandfather used to say, "I eat to live; I don't live to eat." Just sayin
