Goodbye,Virus From Hell!

Happy to say this is the first day I have felt close to normal for two weeks. I call it a "cafeteria" virus. Had about everything at one time or another except (thank God) throwing up! It was like, "Hey, how 'bout this? Try this..! Here's something else! See how you do with this!"

Every day waking up with a headache. Sore throat one day, then train wreck chest congestion for a couple of days, but feel OK otherwise. Then burning throat and chest, cough and something like nausea but not quite. Don't want to be upright. Almost lost voice for about a week.

Then the tight chest for a week, have to take Mucinex 'round the clock and Nyquil at night. Feel like your clock's running down about three or four hours earlier than usual. Can't wait for your head to hit the pillow. Chills a couple of days in the evening.

Too worn out to get ready for bed. Wonder if you can function. And the night I couldn't play and had to go sit down and my head was on fire and I was sick something like nausea but different. Also couldn't talk on the phone that day. Had to say some other day, gotta go. Every day praying to get through the day. Trying to do things normally and just like gritting your teeth to do them because they have to be done.

Don't know what else I could have done to prevent this. I eat Airborne every day of my life. And ate Emergen-C every day for the past two weeks. I guess my immune system has a good workout anyway. Thank God. Hello, world. Think I'm back!
