What to do about whiteheads on your NECK?
Found this bit of advice on a website of home remedies for whiteheads, which I suddenly have four of on my neck!? I have always performed self-surgery them on my face but I've never had them on my neck before (aren't you glad I shared this?).
I know you're not SUPPOSED to perform self-surgery on them for all sorts of reasons but typically they have been the source of long-standing wounds on my face (but these are on my neck!!! a lot harder to get to...)
"Whiteheads are very common in people who have oily skin.Other causes include unhealthy diet, stress, acne, smoking and unclean face..."
I don't have oily skin and they're not on my face, they're on my NECK. And I wash both regularly.
"Do not pop the whiteheads with your hands; else, it may develop into a pimple.
"Avoid oily and spicy food, alcohol, carbonated drinks, chocolates and coffee."
They might as well forget about me avoiding all these things. I'm blaming it on the stress...so I'm sharing this link just in case it might help anyone who would be embarrassed to share this need...
